Guarantee Policy

Annuals, perennials, tropicals and Dogwood trees are not guaranteed.

Guarantee is one (1) year from date of purchase and extends to shrubs and trees:

50% cost replacement if you plant them

100% cost replacement if we plant them

Please bring guaranteed plant with you so we may help troubleshoot any issues.

*Wholesale purchases are not guaranteed.

Return Policy

All returns are for in store credit only. The are no cash refunds. Credit will only be issued if materials are returned in the exact condition they were purchased.

There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns.
